Files uploads

I have problems with the files uploads, I get the file in the directory, but, 
for example, if I uploads a .doc file 36K, i get a file of 3,25k.
I have recompiled PHP, there´s no errors in the logs, but i have an error in 
apache log

request failed: erroneous characters after protocol string: "some part of the 
text"

or:

Invalid method in request

What can be wrong with apache?
May someone help me?
