Erm, they _are_ meant for manual translation.... I'm just saying the server
will attempt to build the manual whether those 'deep down' language files
are ready or not. (Sorry Mike, you still need to do that part!)

The server will (or should) try to build the Chinese translation
automatically if the language-defs file is in place... just checking you
know this.
Oh didn't know that. I saw that the de.xml and pt_BR.xml files were
manually committed so I thought the stylesheet/*.xml files were meant
for manual translation too. Thanks for updating me on this.
Lesser work for Mike then... :)
