release or alpha?

Hi all,


Do we want to wait until Steph has implemented all missing methods, or
make an alpha first? I thought the main target was two weeks ago, but
has shifted again and again.
The alpha doesn't need to be feature-complete, remember that.

Btw, it's hard to code with just one hand.
