Hi,
php_win.exe is included in the official winows distribution of PHP-GTK.
php_gtk.exe is not. php_win.exe should work in all cases, if not I'll be
happy to fix bugs.
When we get a PHP5 version of PHP-GTK there will no longer be a need for a
special php_win.exe. PHP5 for win32 compes with php-win.exe (note the dash
and not underscore). This will allow us to execute PHP-GTK scripts without
the command line wiindow.
