Re: Story vs. Page: msg#00056

Subject: Re: Story vs. Page
Hello,

To get the node type, look at the tracker -- it breaks all posts down by node.

To change the node type, check out the altertype module from http://www.settingtheworldtorights.com/node/417 -- it works for 4.6 -- it's not hosted on drupal.org, but I've used it on a few sites, and it works perfectly well -- when the module is installed and enabled, users with "edit" permissions can change the node type.

Cheers,

Bill

How can I tell if a node was submitted as a page or as a story. And is there anyway to change from one to the other?
