As long as you are able to login into 4.5 with the existing 4.3 database
you should be able to upgrade without any problems.

The actual upgrade process works in a sequential method, so it would
actually upgrade to 4.4.2 and then to 4.5.

I would do test runs of this upgrade as you will most likely need to fix
some coding issues esp. with themes, and any other minor enhancements
that you have done. Like any upgrade on any type of system I would not
simply just load in the new source and hit the upgrade button. I would
do a few test runs and but an upgrade script so when I did the live
upgrade, I would be able to anticipate any problems that may occur. I
wouldn't both going to 4.4.2 and then to 4.5,but as I said I would need
to do alot of testing to make sure that it would be ok.

Gordon.
