Again about the clock

I tried various solutions but I had to remove everything simply because they 
don't do what I need.
The sense of a clock isn't to check what hour is it. The sense is about 
checking what hour it is *on* the website. Both the Flash-based clocks and 
Javascript clocks simply use the time on *your* pc and that makes completely 
useless the purpose of having a clock on the website.
So I'm asking again, how can I display in a block the current time of the 
website?
