More pages have been added since this issue was posted.


1. Please make 'templates_c' Directory Permissions a child of
Installing Smarty theme engine [1]
2. Please decrease the sort priority of Installing Smarty theme engine
[2] so it appears first.

The child pages for the Smarty theme engine [3] page are in the wrong
order.  The Installing Smarty theme engine [4] page should be moved to
be first.  The other two can remain in their current order.
