Login/register forms in comment form

The basic idea is to promote posting as registered users by putting
login and registration forms in the comment form. If there is an error
(invalid pass or bad username) the user will be bounce back to the same
comment form. If the user makes an account the comment will be
unpublished until the user logs in.

What does everyone think?
