Subject: [feature] Filtering nodes in "Top nodes" block

It would be good for administrators to have the possibility of
preventing a specific node being listed in the "Top nodes" block. It
could be a checkbox in the node editing page "Don't list as Top Node"
or a list of filtered nodes in "configure top nodes block".
An example. In our website we use this block to recommend pages to
newbies (the block is visible to anonymous users, optional to
registered users). But some of the top-5 nodes appear also in the
navigation bar, being redundant information for those users. It would
be better to take out nodes such as "About us" from this listing,
allowing more visibility to other popular pages that don't have links
in the homepage.
