[admin] Server maintenance

Due to emergency maintenance of the data-central, drupal.org will be
unavailable night to Sunday. The maintenance work begins Saturday 1900
GMT, and is scheduled to be completed Sunday 0500 GMT. Web, mail, cvs
and other services will be unavailable in part or completely during this
period of time.
