[bug] aministrator's login changes to authenticated user

It reminds me of the issue with notify.module / new session code that
has been discussed earlier, although, if the description is 100%
accurate, it isn't the same thing.

Which version of Drupal? Have you installed any additional modules?

After being logged in as administrator for some time and not refreshing
my browser, I find that when I do so, I am logged in as the most recent
authenticated user!

anyone else have this experinece. seems very odd. please provide steps
