There is a slight problem with poll block when adding new polls.

Easiest way to reproduce:

1. Make sure that you have most recent poll's block active and at least
one active poll.
2. Choose "Create new poll" from content creation menu.
3. Try to look at URL on "View results" link (or even click it) - you
will see the problem ("&" entity in link, "as is")

Perhaps there are more of this kind, but this problem is most obvious
and visible.
