cvs: phpdoc /en/reference/misc/functions get-browser.xml: msg#00451

Subject: cvs: phpdoc /en/reference/misc/functions get-browser.xml
philip Mon Dec 30 11:05:15 2002 EDT

  Modified files:
    /phpdoc/en/reference/misc/functions get-browser.xml
  Log:
Made existence of browscap.ini a little more clear, noted when
register_globals
affected it which closes bug #6513, and fixed typo as this still returns an
object.
