OK, I'm still about three days away from 'available' but getting closer, I
promise I'll go through your (and everyone else's) outstanding patches as
soon as I'm free. Those I'm equipped to judge, anyway.

Do you make a patch locally to check your changes before you commit? - I
got into the habit of doing that because my doze box likes to sneak DOS
line-endings in every now and again, but it's probably not a bad
practice anyway.
I always make+run a test script to make sure everything is fine. And I'm
doing a diff against the current cvs to make sure I don't commit any of
my unfinished things.
