Re: [cowiki-dev] chinese traditional language: msg#00038

Subject: Re: [cowiki-dev] chinese traditional language
all i get is a blank page when going to http://localhost/cowiki/
but i'm able to see http://localhost/cowiki/crypt.php
here's the step i took:
put htdocs in my document root, D:\website
change htdocs so it becomes D:\website\cowiki
put includes in D:\ so people can go to it
create a database cowiki, import the sql file
edit php.ini and insert include_path = ".;D:\website\cowiki" then restart apache
change D:\includes/cowiki/core.conf-dist to core.conf
use crypt.php to generate password and put it in ROOT_PASSWD

that's all i did. i did not change the following though because i have
no idea what needs to be changed.
      [.DOCUMENT]
          RESOURCE = "..."

      [.AUTH]
          RESOURCE = "..."

      [.USER]
          RESOURCE = "..."
all three of them are mysql://USER:PASSWD@localhost/DATABASE
do i have to change it?

ROOT_PASSWD is the only thing i changed in core.conf, is there anything else?
thanks!
