This is not a bug. Check the documentation on how to set up cowiki correct
at http://www.develnet.org. You should change the inlcude path of php
(maybe in the .htaccess file if you run PHP5 as mod_php or in the php.ini
if you run PHP5 as CGI to the cowiki include path!
