MakeMaker

Hello,

Insi de my Makefile.PL, I would like to do something like:
LIBS   => ['-lm -L$(PATH) -lmlib'],

with $PATH define at the beginning of the file, but I cannot make it
work !!!!
What am I doing wrong ?
