Ok, question: I wish to carry on with Spirit2 dev. It's currently in
Spirit's SVN. How do you suggest I proceed? Should I bring in a copy
of SEGMENTED_FUSION_V2 somewhere in my include path? Or would xpressive

boost/xpressive/proto/fusion.hpp implements non-segmented proto ET tree traversal for Fusion v1 and v2. But I don't think you'll be traversing proto trees directly, since you'll be flattening them, right? So I don't think it matters. Just use vanilla Fusion v2.
