Fusion-V2-ifying proto parse trees

I've ported proto to Fusion_v2. Just cvs up to 
$boost_root/boost/xpressive/proto and #define BOOST_PROTO_FUSION_V2. 
Sadly, proto+fusion2 causes VC8 to ICE. VC7.1 and gcc are OK.
