presenting the uuu-devel FAQ

I present to you, <blink>THE UUU-DEVEL FAQ</blink>. A draft is available
at <http://unununium.org/getting_started_faq>. It's not referenced from
any link yet, so take a look at it, correct my spelling, and I'll place
it more obviously.

I tried to make it not too rude, but rude enough to discourage brainless
postings. Probably brainless people won't read it anyway, but at least
the reply can be a link instead of pages of the same thing again and
again.

I know it's not the most constructive FAQ. It could use at least some
links to mailing list archives which explain key design discussions. See
the question, "Nothing is documented so I don't know what to do."
