Boot image procedure...

Could anyone build a boot image procedure for the posix branch? This way
we could produce linux kernel/uuu bootable images. I previously was able
to boot uuu using the init= kernel option... I guess one would like to
build a really generic kernel and put an unununium install directory
over it.
