SUMMARY: NFS issue

I'd like to thank Mike for his immediate response, may within 6 minutes, I
got a response.

Make sure rpcbind is running.  If not execute:
/etc/init.d/nfs.server stop
 /etc/init.d/rpc start
 /etc/init.d/nfs.server start

My question is as below:
