I used to be registered here but forget the email address that I used at
that time but
hopefully the moderator will allow this message. For anyone in the
DC/Baltimore area
I have a 3/60 with full memory, the SCSI tower, about 2 dozen DC600 tapes,
the
SUN OS 4.1.1 U1 and also Net BSD on tape, a 20" color monitor, a spare 600
meg
hard drive and several cables. It is all free to anyone who wants to pick it
up, oh yes
I also have the complete set of manuals that goes with it. I think there is
also the latest
version of a boot chip that I burned for someone and it was returned by
USPS. It
all worked the last time I turned it on.

Fun with flarcreate: -x does not exclude

I am trying to create an image off a sunblade100 also running Solaris 9: # /usr/sbin/flarcreate -n biosuns-041215.flar -R/ -c -x /tmp -x /mnt -x /export /export/biosuns-041215.flar Full Flash Checking integrity... ERROR: File /export registred in package database - can not be excluded. ERROR: Integrity check failed. # Why can't I exclude /export? So, I decided to make it as simple as I can: # /usr/sbin/flarcreate -n biosuns-041215.flar -R/ -c -x /tmp /tmp/biosuns-041215.flar Full Flash Checking integrity... ERROR: File /tmp registred in package database - can not be excluded. ERROR: Integrity check failed. # So, I am now quite confused.
