i fixed a bug in the second ip/ipconfig comment
in /rc/bin/termrc.  nothing major.  however...

if you have edited /rc/bin/termrc to suit your
local system, do NOT let pull replace it.

even better, see if you can make your changes
in /rc/bin/termrc.local and leave /rc/bin/termrc
alone.  usually you can.
