RFC/UPDATE: devel/tla-1.2

Hi

I have updated my port of tla version 1.2.

tla is a CLI written in C for Arch. Arch is a revison control system with 
distributed repositories, atomic commits, renamed handled, advanced merge 
capabilites.

tla version 1.2 adds archive signing and integrity checking.

Archive of OpenBSD tla-1.2 port : 
http://foxy.free.fr/OpenBSD/ports_tla-1.2.tar.gz

Port built and tested on OpenBSD3.4/i386.

Please report test, bug and improvement.
