Update: GkrellM2

This patch updates sysutils/gkrellm/gkrellm to 2.1.27,
sysutils/plugins/bgchg gets a new webpage/master_site and is updated to
0.0.9, and sysutils/plugins/mms to 2.1.14.

Tested on macppc -current with USE_GCC3.

(Note: I have heard reports that gkrellm won't give you CPU percentage on
i386, but I have been unable to duplicate.  Please let me know if you
experiance this.)
