No icons appear in a default install. After installing a theme I get
limited icons, but still no icons in the "Mail Toolbar". (I'm running a
fresh install of -current circa yesterday and the ports tree is hours

I'm seeing this, even after a fresh rebuild of all of my ports on two
different machines running -current. When I tried to view the png's in
the /usr/local/mozilla-thuderbird/** directory with ImageMagick or
gqview, both of them crashed with errors from libpng.
