New port of library Markup

Hi. Could someone please test this port? (it works with Ocaml
3.06 and 3.07).  I would like to send other ports that depend on
this one.

Markup is a library to read and validate XML files from Ocaml programs.
It has less features but also less dependencias than the library PXP.
