UPDATE: tidy html port

 The actual tidyHTML port is a lot outdated and missing many new 
 exciting features so I've updated it to the latest release. Please 
 test, comments are welcome.

 Hardly based on NetBSD's pkgsrc.

 + New distname
 + New homepage
 + Licence ? (any toughts?)
 + Installed aditional documentation (very useful)

 Tidy is a tool that automatically fixes errors in your HTML, validates 
 it and pretty prints it.

 Tidy's output can be customized to your needs

 I'm using it here to basically convert my crappy HTML documents into 
 nice W3.org validated XHTML documents.
