NetBSD AMD64 and linux compatibility? |
Hi I've never ran netbsd before, but I do run freebsd on most of my
servers. We are purchasing a dual opteron machine soon and I have
noticed that netbsd has some of the best support for the amd64 line of
processors. However, linux compatibility is a must for this machine and
I was hoping someone could elaborate on what my chances would be for
getting linux 32bit and/or 64bit compiled binaries to run stable. Also,
if they will run, will there be a performance hit?
