Yes, the saidar program in libstatgrab uses ncurses. I've added
ncurses.buildlink3.mk to the Makefile, and removed DIST_SUBDIR.

I've also incorporated the fix for NetBSD 2.0D as suggested by Min Sik
Kim.

So, what's the process for getting this imported into pkgsrc? Do I
submit a PR and point at this CVS? or do I send a tarball? Or is there
someone on this list who takes care of it?
