Review request: libstatgrab

I've incorporated the feedback I got last time I asked for a review
of libstatgrab, and I've updated to a new version. It now supports
the current branch.

To try it out, install and run either saidar (an ncurses stats tool), or
statgrab (a sysctl-like stats tool).

What's the process to get this imported in to the NetBSD pkgsrc tree?
