No, I built gdb first.

It looks like the shell doesn't find the runtest executable.
So my suggestion was that the runtest call in the Makefile should be
prepended with "./" giving "./runtest" so that the runtest executable
is found.

I meant if additional packages, like dejagnu or expect, are necessary
for running the tests.
