unable to do cvs update?

hello all,
since yesterday, i'm unable to do update:
t2000-root% cvs update -d -P security/amavisd-new
connect to address ::ffff:204.152.190.16: Connection refused
Trying 2001:4f8:4:7:2e0:81ff:fe30:8ad1...
anoncvs.netbsd.org: Network is unreachable
cvs [update aborted]: end of file from server (consult above messages if
any)

Anybody else succeed? I'm on solaris 10
