Re: function key activation iffy

When you say fn key do you mean the actual fn key on the keyboard or a
function key such as f1, f2, f3 etc?

I think that might the the cause of some confusion in this thread.
Also if you are talking about one of the f1, f2, f3 etc keys do you
have the global preference changed to not default to the actions
printed on the laptop keys?
