the front, but don't know how to execute the Command-M.

Command-M wouldn't be ideal, because it is a toggle -- if the window
is already rolled down, it will roll it back up.

P.S. I saw the "Open ToDo.txt" trigger, but I prefer stickies cause
you never have to explicitly save them.
