Posting for new members

Hi all,

Due to an increasing amount of spam being posted on the Quicksilver
Google group, we've changed the settings for the group.  New members
posts will be moderated, meaning that they will be reviewed before
posting.  This is unfortunate, but it seems like the best idea for
now.
