Using downloaded patches during a build

Hello,

When working on a postfix package with TLS, I found that I could not 
find any really elegant way to include patches slurped down at build 
time. Building on the postfix 2.0.10 package, I came up with this. 
Originally I was just grabbing the postfix-tls patch file and including 
it on the main package patch, but that seemed like to much of a pain.

Does anyone have any suggestions how to clean this up?
