This looks like the problems you run into if you use a KDE2 admin/ tree...
When did you first create your app? I assume by your comments you're using
the KDE build system for it (like, you used kdevelop to make the source tree
for your app)? If so, you very likely need to update your admin/ tree with
the one from our KDE patches. We had to make a *lot* of small changes to
make the KDE build system work properly on darwin.
The differences are cross-platform, so it should be safe to use.
To check out the latest darwin-compatible admin/ tree, do the following:
cvs -d :pserver:anonymous@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:/cvs/od checkout \
-d admin proj/KDE-Darwin/admin
And then copy it over your existing one.
Then do the whole "make -f Makefile.cvs; ./configure" thing again.
