minutes tag telcon 16 Aug for review

Present: Norm, PaulCotton, DanC, Roy, Chris (partial)

The only item of business was to hear from Norm, Paul,
and Chris regarding our plans to publish a draft incorporating
work from last week's ftf. Roy and DanC encouraged Norm
to incorporate some recent comments from Stuart; Norm
said he'd fold in the ones that seemed clearly editorial.
All systems are go.
ACTION Norm: hand over a draft to DanC. ETA: lunch tomorrow.
ACTION DanC: get it published on /TR/

RESOLVED: to cancel 23 Aug and meet 30 Aug. Norm/PaulC will put together
an agenda.
