Subject: Proposed TAG Finding: Using Qualified Names (QNames) as Identifiers in Content

Hello,

At the 17 June 2002 teleconference, the TAG resolved that it would
consider the finding

"TAG Finding: Using Qualified Names (QNames)
as Identifiers in Content" [1].

"accepted" unless there is substantial opposition expressed on this
list prior to 24 June 2002 17:00EDT.

Draft and accepted findings are available at the TAG's Web site [2].

For the TAG,
Norman Walsh
