发现规律了
http://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E9%A6%96%E9%A1%B5
方式访问,phpproxy会出问题
但是如果用
http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%E9%A6%96%E9%A1%B5
phpproxy就能正常访问

嗯,至少知道这个就好了,可以想办法搞定
