T610 & XP Setting BT conection

Bagaimana mensetting di OS XP untuk dial up via Blutooth. Saya pake matrix.
"Keluar messege " Checking network protocol connections.....
TCP/IP CP report error 738. The server did not assign an address"
saya juga mencoba memakai matrix untuk koneksi ke internet messegenya muncul 
"error DNS"
