Koneksi e-mail

Dear all,
Mohon bantuannya karena saya seorang newbie di Palm PDA

Saya ingin connect e-mail saya dengan Palm saya via Mobile Phone saya, 
pertanyaannya

1. Apakah connect ke Yahoo Web, dapat dilakukan tanpa provide seluler 
berbasis GPRS ?
2. Jika bisa, bagaimana caranya (setting) di palm dan mobile phone saya 
dan apa S/W nya agar saya bisa mendownload e-mail saya

Mobile Phone saya ME45, Palm saya M125 OS 4.0
