I havent tried FC2 and dont know the defaulted libs,
but prepacked pine-4.60-x heavily expected these on
your system:
libc.so.6, libcrypto.so.4, libssl.so.4

Its better to build from source and mute optional
functionalities like LDAP, SSL, KERBEROS, etc.
and optimize, like DEBUG=0, since most prepacked
i know, turn it on, on built.
