Filipino/Tagalog Translation - is it really needed ?: msg#00300org.user-groups.linux.philippine
I know it has been debated before regarding Filipino/tagalong translation And there are already individuals and groups working on it..?? I don't see still any needs or use of these documents. I find it waste of time (just my opinion) why not devote the time into different area of improvements. Most of us understand English and in the fact that Filipinos are the best Asian English speaking people and it's our second language. The Thai can do that or Japanese needs translation because majority of people in IT speaks their own native language and use their own alphabets. There are other ways of contributing to the community more productive. Some of the guys will be irritated in my comment. Again.......it's just my opinion. ---ran -- Philippine Linux Users' Group (PLUG) Mailing List plug-sJCYDywXB4m9hMQLrSLElQC/G2K4zDHf@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (#PLUG @ irc.free.net.ph) Official Website: http://plug.linux.org.ph Searchable Archives: http://marc.free.net.ph .
