mail keeps sending

Hi.

I have a problem with our mail server. 1 particular message keeps on
requeueing. I tried isolating the problem and concluded that it has
something to do with the virus scanner in the mail server
(postfix+spamassassin+clamd+amavisd). The e-mail contained an *.rar
attachment and it seems that the scanner has trouble opening it. Anyway,
please look at the log below. I hope you can help me on solving this
problem.

I've been looking for the message hopelessly in /var/spool/postifix ... I
hope you could also help me delete it permanently from the queue.
