First of all, please don't send me personal mails for Linux related issues.
I've tried promoting Linux-Nepal for these reasons only. If you post
it to the group, everyone sees the problem and you get suggestions
from multiple people. That's better, right ?
I hope you understand my point in a positive manner. :-)

Yes, if there is something personal that you thing shouldn't be known
to others, you can privately mail me. ;-)
Use your own discretion.

If I understand correctly, you have purchased some space with some
Linux hosting service provider. You aren't using your own servers.

If what I've mentioned above is correct then you can't execute those
iptables commands because they require root privileges and you won't
be having that.
Also no one would allow a single customer to change server settings
which could affect the entire functioning of the machine itself
*unless* it is a VM in which case it's just vice-versa.
