I'm a bit short on time so I didn't read all of the output very
carefully, but I believe I didn't see anything useful.

Login on the box you tried to scp to and check its system log files.
They're in /var/log. I'm not sure which log file your distribution uses
for authentication, maybe you have a auth.log or similar.

In case nothing got logged, check which log file was supposed to have
the info so you don't have to check every single file. Have a look at
/etc/syslog.conf and see which log file is used for authpriv info (if a
line contains authpriv.none, it won't be logged to that file).
